Meet Stefan Copiz. Creative Director/Art Director.

Recently, Stefan worked as a creative director at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners.

Many years before advertising, Stefan grew up in Berne, Switzerland. He left the Alpine wonderland to attend high school in Austria, another Alpine wonderland. After attempts of becoming a pro soccer player fell short, he found himself fairly clueless as to what should come next.

With an interest in the arts and a strong conviction that California was simply the place to be, he decided to attend the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena. After graduating, an invitation from Jeff Goodby brought him to San Francisco.

Over the years at GS&P, he's worked on a lot of brands. Among his favorites are the NBA, Comcast, HP, Saturn, got milk?, Google, E-Trade, Anheuser Busch, Chevrolet, and the Women's Tennis Association. He also likes to design album art for his music friends, who still owe him dinner.

Stefan's work has been recognized by the One Show, D&AD, Cannes, The Andy's, AICP, Communication Arts, the Art Director's Club, the Kelly Awards, the Effies, the Webbies, the Emmy Awards, as well as by his parents.

He also holds the official world record for the longest uninterrupted hair twirl at one hour, two minutes and two seconds.

Stefan's favorite thing to do is spending time with his lovely wife Aleena and their puppy Harley. He's more than happy to lend Harley to single dudes who would like to meet girls
